Delivery Information
We want purchasing art online to be simple, whether you're ordering an original artwork in Australia or a Fine Art Print from overseas.
Original Artworks
Original artworks are currently available for delivery within Australia only. We do not ship original artworks internationally.
Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for your print to be produced and delivered. International print orders are fulfilled and shipped directly to you by our print production partners within the country they are ordered, so no foreign import tax applies.
In unusual circumstances involving particularly bulky orders or remote delivery locations, an additional shipping charge may be required. We’ll contact you if this applies.
International visitors can view and purchase prints in their local currency where supported by the website.
Original artworks can be purchased internationally by request. Original artworks can also be shipped to New Zealand, and some larger works may be sent rolled.
Returns & Refunds
Product Returns
Non-personalised and ready-made products delivered within Australia can be returned for change of mind within 7 days of receiving your order. Sale products excluded.
To be eligible, products must:
- Be in their original condition
- Be free from damage
- Include any original packaging
Eligible standard products can be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit.
Original artworks purchased and delivered within Australia include a 7-day return period from the date of delivery.
Because every Fine Art Print is produced specifically for your order, we are unable to accept print returns or provide refunds for change of mind. This applies to both Australian and international print orders.
