Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between an original painting and a fine art print?
Our fine art prints are high-quality reproductions of the original paintings, capturing the beautiful colours, details and appearance of Angela’s palette knife texture. They are reproduced so beautifully that at first glance, many people find it difficult to tell the difference.
The main difference is the texture. The prints capture the shadows and depth of the original paint, creating the illusion of texture, while an original painting has real, raised layers of oil paint that you can see and feel.

Are these prints made to order?
Yes. Each fine art print is made to order especially for you. Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for production and delivery, as your print is carefully produced before being packaged and sent to its new home.
Are the prints textured?
The prints themselves are not textured, however they beautifully capture the appearance of texture from the original oil painting. The shadows and details created by Angela’s palette knife technique are reproduced in the print, giving the illusion of depth and texture while the surface itself remains smooth.
How close are the colours to the original painting?
Every effort is made to reproduce the colours of the original artwork as accurately as possible. Please keep in mind that colours can appear slightly different depending on your screen or device..
Do the prints come framed?
You have the option to choose between an oak, black or white float frame. All frames are made from timber. Other options can be available by request.

Do original paintings come framed?
Yes, most original paintings come beautifully framed in oak, unless otherwise specified in the artwork description.
If you have something different in mind, please get in touch. We’re happy to discuss alternative framing options to better suit your home and personal style.

What sizes are the prints available in?
Our fine art prints are available in a range of sizes, carefully selected to suit each individual artwork and ensure the best possible result. Sizes generally range from around 30cm up to 2 metres, depending on the proportions of the original painting.
If you need a different size or would like a custom crop to suit a particular space, other sizes and crops are available on request. Please get in touch and we’ll be happy to discuss the options with you.
Will my original painting look exactly like it does online?
The photographs are taken to represent the artwork as accurately as possible. As with any original painting, colours may vary slightly between screens, and the texture and depth of the oil paint are often even more noticeable when viewed in person.
How will my artwork be packaged?
Your artwork will be carefully packaged to help keep it protected during its journey to you. Each piece is wrapped in double-layered bubble wrap with a non-stick surface against the artwork, before being securely placed inside a double-walled cardboard box for added protection.
Every original artwork also comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.

What does postage cost and do you deliver Australia wide?
We offer free delivery Australia wide on almost all of our original artworks and fine art prints.
On rare occasions, an exceptionally large artwork may require specialised freight due to its size or delivery location. If additional delivery costs apply, we will always contact you before shipping to discuss the options and cost.
Can I commission an original painting?
Yes, I’m happy to take on commissioned original artworks. If you have something special in mind, simply send me an email with an idea of what you’re looking for, along with your preferred size, and I’ll organise a quote for you.
If you’ve seen one of my previous paintings that you love, you’re also welcome to send it through as inspiration.
